Network problems
We are currently seeing a large attack targeted at servers "gator630" and "exige" - our datacenter has placed these servers under their DDOS protection but due to the scale of the attack, customers may have connection difficulties to these two servers, and other servers located on the same switch in the datacenter.
We are working closely with our datacenter to get this resolved as soon as possible. |

Our datacenter's DDOS mitigation system was able to control gator630, we are currently working on getting exige.

Some of the sites hosted on exige are showing as unavailable from various locations. We are in the process of determining those affected and assigning them to alternate IP addresses.

The site loading issues from various locations should be resolved now. We are still investigating and gathering information about the source of the attack. Please contact our support team if you are having any issues.
