Network Issues : Peru Customers
Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that a number of our Peru customers are having connectivity issues to servers hosted by us, including both HostGator.com and our chat system. We are currently having our Data Center look into the issue, to see if there is anything that they can address, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize about any inconvenience experienced from this.

There are no new updates at this time. The datacenter is in the process of contacting Telefonica to checkout the issue.

Telefonica has stated that they're looking into the issue but we've had no substantive updates from them as of yet.

We are still waiting on Telefonica to reply to the datacenter in regards to their investigation and how they plan to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite the process and we appreciate your continued patience.

We have not received any updates from Telefonica yet regarding this issue. Another customer with ThePlanet reported that the problem was between Telefonica/AT&T and the issue was resolved. Internal traceroutes confirm this is fixed also. If there are still problems, please email us at support@hostgator.com so we may assist you further.
