Indeed, I suppose I should've read that before ranting (: Kind of a bummer that it's not covered though. IMO, HG should take responsibility to its customers for outages caused by interal factors at its server farm but I can also sympathize with HG's need to protect itself to a certain extent.

It is not related, what is happening is that your FTP is not sync with the server. Send a ticket to support to check on this.
