* Here's a new unedited install of 729 (without flash). http://www.comcom121.org/729test/ it shows the vertical lines between the tabs. If you'd like I can replace the original /728test tabs with the new ones and see if it produces the same results. BTW: The original suffix for the tabs is jpg. I changed them from .jpeg. I was away all day yesterday, just saw this.
The problem seems to be that in the original the entire <div> is on one line and you have broken it up. I downloaded the page and put it all on one line and it works fine from my c: drive. White space shouldn't matter, but sometimes is does... Stephen |

Hi Stephan,
Good news. While waiting I installed a new web named http://www.comcom121.org/729test_2/. I replaced only the Contractors and Services tabs with the Tutorials and Forums tabs that you made. It appears to be working perfectly. To my eyes the colors of the gradients of the ones you made are so close to the originals that I don't think it's necessary to replace the Main Page, About Us or Contact Us tabs. What's your thoughts? I'm so very pleased. The only problem I'm having is how to create additional pages. There are no templates. For example: on the page http://www.comcom121.org/729test_2/index-2.htm there is a hyperlink that reads "More click here." When I mouse over it it shows the URL to be index-2#.htm. I don't know how to create a page that will replace the text in that same body (maybe it's called a cell?). I also don't know how to use the .psd files. When I try to open them in EW they are garbage. Maybe they can't be use with the noflash template? Thank you so very much for your support |

Hey Kerri,
The .psd files are photoshop files, just screen caps of the pages, not sure why they are in psd format, jpg would make more sense. As for that index-2#.htm link, I'm not sure what is intended. I think that the # symbol is just a placeholder, the links in the header (home, sitemap and mail) are also just #'s. Home definitely shouldn't be, it should just link back to the main page. I just made a index2a.htm file (copied index-2.htm and renamed) changed the link (about line 151) href="index-2a.htm" then edit the 2a page to add more. Hope this is helping. By the way, I really like your site. Some great stuff there, the content that is, not just the design. Stephen |

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the nice acknowledgment about the site's contents. We teach what we need to learn most. ![]() I think you're right. I made a More Here hyperlink to a index-5.htm and it works fine. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make the site search button work and how to fit the contactus.htm mail to form to fit in the body http://www.comcom121.org/729test_2/contactus.htm form. It inserted a blank space in the left margin. I'm really liking it. Got a nice ack from our VP. Thanks so much for your support. Kerry P.S. Just discovered that my IE's contextual menu spell check link doesn't work with FF. |
