Default I need some help

Hello, I have been reading up on the HostGator reseller accounts and i want to try out reselling but i have a problem i have very little HTML/CSS skill, I know that HostGator give you the option of using their templates and i know about template monster but i have seen that you have to have some kind of editing soft ware such as adobe and dreamweaver. So is their anyway that i can get a software that dose not cost $500+

If you look at the threads in the Shared Hosting section there are a number of suggestions. The Site Studio Alternatives even Novices can Use is a good example of a thread that has suggestions on free and cheap software.

You can find software for editing templates on the official website of Adobe Systems Incorporated.
