Question Need new host, have questions

I dont know all that much about hosting, but here are some questions that I have regarding what I need.
Considering BABY shared:

Question 1:
My wife and I are going to want seperate sites. Both are mainly html, I have about 60mb of quicktime movies and a few hundred photos of my art (not porn), she has 20 photos and only a few pages All together we only have 15 or 200MB of files. We want completely seperate pages so that errors on one will not take users to the others error page.
Does "unlimited domains allowed" mean that we could have a few sites that work this way.
When creating a DNS for my site I get "mysite.com" and for my wife she gets "mywifessite.com " vs "mysite.com/mywifessite/index.thm" for her home page location.

Question 2:
Lets say I or my wife mangle a built in PHP script (such as a BBS) and do not know how to uninstall it and start over, or fix it. How much is the charge to reinstall (or whatever the action required is) cost for one of your techs to straighten things out.

Question 2A:
If we screw up enough that we just want to start from scratch the whole site, what does that cost to start over?
Question 2B: If either of the above events occur, can you rebuild or repair the sites seperatly or do you have to restart the entire account.

Question 3
I am concerned with going over in bandwidth vs taking 25% of resources.
Lets say I get a lot of people viewing my little movies which range from 3 to 6MB each. Will there be something to keep my useage from going over the TOS or a warning that I should upgrade or will I get a surprise bill that is obviously much higher than just upgrading my service to SWAMP?

Qustion 3A: If I have 5gb per month of bandwidth, and 25% of resources available, what kind of thing would have to happen with streaming movies that would cause me to break TOS other that someone downloading my movies 1000 times. In other words, I don't know how to do the math to determine how many movies would have to be downloaded at a time to go over 25%.
I am afraid of getting hit with a massive bill when I send out 1000 invitations to look at my work to potential clients. Should they all by some chance actually go and look at my work.

I haven't ever gone over my bandwidth on my current server, but I want to cover my bases.

Thanks for taking the time to look answer my questions.

Yes, the visitors can't see that the sites are under the same account, the visitor sees them as totally separated sites.

You can always erase all the files in your site(s) using either cPanel's file manager, or a FTP client, and if there are mysql databases they can be deleted through the cPanel. After that it's just like when you started

If you are going over your bandwidth limit your site(s) just stop working, so you are not going to be billed automatically. You are able to see in your cPanel how much you have been using, "Bandwidth usage (current month)".

And "taking 25% of resources", that will probably only happen if you have faulty or poorly configured scripts in your site.
