I need my site moved please

Those are the latest case numbers.

Anyway, my domain woodhavenlabs.com cannot communicate with someone who is on e-rice.net. My emails do not go through to her and her emails do not come through to me. She has another site on hostgator (one that I referred) that will allow her to communicate with her account on e-rice.net. We were able to communicate with each other via email up until approx. 3 weeks ago.

The owner of e-rice.net has been very cooperative about trying to figure this out. Hostgator has not.

I sent this communication from the owner of e-rice to hostgator yesterday:

Could you ask hostgator to simply move woodhavenlabs.com to 69.93.86.2(the

Yesterday I asked to have my domain and site moved to the server that StitchedPaw.com is on. Instead, I received an email from hostgator tech help Josh saying:

As I stated in an email to Josh yesterday , I don't feel its my responsibility to contact anyone and ask them to quit blocking you or e-rice.net. I don't know anything about this sort of thing.

I emailed your answer to the owner of e-rice.net who sent you the following email, cc'ed to me:

Traceroute does not mean much in this case, every router(server) can block trace without affecting legitimate traffic, see my trace below, it actually stopped at your datacenter, but still, I can't ping 67.18.54.118..All connection timed out.

Let's quit arguing about whose fault it is, we need to get the email problem resolved for those 2 ladies ASAP, so could you please move woodhavenlabs.com to 69.93.86.2, a simple and quick solution, thanks.

Can this be done? Can you just move my domain and site to the other server please? The owner of StitchedPaw.com, the owner of e-rice.net and myself have been emailing Hostgator off and on for 2 weeks now without resolution.

Update:

The block is at EV1, she is contacting them to have it removed, if she doesn't hear back in 24 hours we will move her to another server.

We rarely rarely block any IPs unless they are atacking us ,

I actually heard from the server doing the blocking. I'm in shock. LOL.

We did have a block on the server in question, but I was unable to find logs or any additonal information. The IP will be unblocked within 24 hours.

How about that, eh? Thanks Ben for all your help.

No problem, that is crazy, wonder what happened to make them do that, maybe just a mistake and wrong IP or something. Might have been related to that worm attack we felt yesterday would be my only thought.
