Need help with Unpaid invoices in WHM AP

I haven't been able to use my WHM Autopilot properly since I signed on with HG.
Is there anyone that has the time and the mercy to give me a grand tour of WHM autopilot? Should I just ask the Gators to install it again for a fee and get over it?

Let me tell you one of the many issues I am having with it:

I signed my first customer about 3 months ago and got paid cash and marked the invoice paid, yet I have been receiving daily unpaid invoice reports in my email and I wondered if my crons were setup wrong.

Another problem I have been having was that a new account in AP would not create a new account in WHM Panel, so I sort of let it be for a while.

Today I finally decided to bite the bullet and try to make sense of Autopilot again, I went to the AP control panel and loked at the unpaid invoices. There are 261 unpaid invoices in cue from that client. 261! Like I hosted him for 4 1/2 years! Shouldn't I get an invoice a month?

Please help and if anyone has had WHMAP installed by HG, did it work properly after they installed it or was it still a nightmare to gonfigure?

Does anyone have mercy on my brain cells and maybe give me a hand? I'll return the favor any way I can.
