Need a "Help" or "Questions" forum

Why is there no general forum for asking questions in the hopes that someone has figured it out already? To judge from the posts, it appears that "Suggestions" serves that purpose, but it would be better otherwise. It would only take a minute to add a new forum...

there are more forums here, but you will only see them after your forum account has been activated. Please allow 24-48 hours after forum registration.

Sorry if I missed that on the various signup forms. Perhaps it should be more prominent. Nothing like having to wait 24-48 hours to post a request for help (at least, to post your first request for help).

Its unfortunate, but it needs to be done because we must verify if people really have accounts with us or not. Otherwise anyone would be able to access these forums, including people out to spam, advertise, etc. You should be activated shortly.
