I just want to ask why I'm having error like this in mysql

SoftException in Application.cpp:252: File "/home/jm350z/public_html/index.php" is writeable by group

and the second error is on my website http://ulinkers.com

the favicon.ico and the 500.shtml error, i believe are due to the files not being uploaded to your server. The other two errors im not sure of.
THe internal server error is normally due to a misconfiguration with the .htaccess file
What does your .htaccess file contain?

Set all your file permissions to 755.

Sorry, should have said, Make sure all folders are chmod 755 and files are 644.
