Default Need to Have Discounts
Hai

U need to have a annual discount coupouns for the people those who are paying annually oor semi

Monthly paying and yearly paying amount are equal ...

So this should be changed

The price is not the same for any of the shared plans. There is a discount for paying yearly, for two years, or for three years. For example, the cheapest plan is $8.95 monthly, $6.95 per month if you pay for a year, $5.95 per month for two years, and $4.95 per month for three years.

For the baby account, yes, there is no discount unless you pay two years.

Right now we have the coupon code "NEWYEAR" to receive 20% off. It expires Feb. 1st

Actually the deals arent necessarily for new "customers". An existing customer can use it if they open a new "account" also. So posting it where existing customers are, then they could hope for additional income from them. Not a bad strategy really.

Isn't it against HG ToS to create multi-ply accounts and use the coupon codes?

I don't like the theory that its for new customers only. Like skeetr said, one can open a new account and get the discounts anyway - but I want all my accounts under 'one roof'.
Would really appreciate it if HG made coupons work on 'existing' customers as well. I think loyal customers that have been with HG for years (like me ) should also get such discounts and not just the new customers that could leave the next month.

there should be some discounts for the existing clients, especially when u have multiple dedicated boxes and would love to have another.

You can use the NEWYEAR coupon if you use the "add this order to my account" option in the signup process.

HG really rocks ....

It need to rethink once customer satisfies he will stay ...

To maintain long term relation HG shd provide some small Gifts or coupons Where it is usefull to existing cutomer ...

Eg. Dedicated IP free if your a customer for longer then 24Months.
