Default Need alot of answers...Moodle hosting

Well, I'm a student in a university in LatinAmerica, and we decided to use Moodle for our university.
So, the point is that we want to host our Moodle site here and I want some answers about your hosting.

1.- Does the Moodle script-installation from Fantastico is free!?
2.- If that is not the case, do you have your php.safe_mode OFF in the case that I want to install it?
3.- Another thing, what is the max upload size limit, because our teachers want to upload files maybe up to 30 MB.

Well, if any of the cases fulfill our needs we will buy the SWAMP or BABY hosting package at least.
Hope your support answer this questions sooner

Thanks in advance.
Bollito

Thanks for your replies....also I want to know if there is another way of payment.

Also,Can I rise the upload limit (it's for educational purposes, because some practices and presentations are bigger)!?

Thanks in advance.

1) You would need a dedicated server.
2) Credit card, Paypal (which can take money from a bank account)

You should ask sales chat support for all active payment methods.

I think the max upload size is more than 10mb. 10mb is the biggest outgoing email attachment, but if you're doing a web-based upload you should be able to go more than that.

And why is that stupid?
For my opinion it would be very stupid to let customers set it to whatever they wish.

I have to agree here...there's a reason people don't get good uptime in those other hosts and come here.
