Need access to other sections of forum

I have the level 3 VPS hosting. it wasnt an option signing up. i need access to the linux VPS section of this forum.

What do i need to do to get this access?

i just dug up the email and looked at it. apparently there was an activation link on the ticket. I didnt pay much attention to the email because i thought it was only a notification.

yes, he did, but i still do not see any of the technical sections of the forums. i would mainly like to see the VPS section. I have the level 3 VPS package.

I apparently got "verified" but I don't have anything other than the pre-sale stuff.
