Navigator is down

Navigator has gone down. I've had clients screaming at me for a couple of hours now that their websites are down, does anyone know what's happened?

it was down for a few minutes max. we had to reboot it due to an attack that took place on it that killed the box instantly.

Thanks Brent. My other half spoke to Jay on the LiveChat at the same time I was posting this and she got the details from Jay.

Just like to say, despite what some people have posted about HG support, I've never found you guys to be less than helpful, and never failed to get through to someone on LiveChat who has always resolved our problems.
