There was around a 30 minutes outage. The only news we have so far is this...

"All Servers - 31 Jan 2004 05:03 - NAC Network Down
NAC's network is down due to flooding issues. They are working on the issue as a matter of urgency. "

We are backup now and waiting for a more detailed explanation to why the entire datacenter was offline.
