Default mysql version problem

I have just purchased the swamp package and so far it seems nice and fast

Unfortunatly I have a problem with transfering my vbulletin forum from my old host to Host Gator. The problem is that my old host used MySQL version 5.0.18 , however on my swamp package the MySQL version is 4.1.21

Is there a way for me to upgrade the MySQL version? or to transfer the mysql dump file from old host to new host?
