MySQL Version 4 for Chilisoft ASP

According to your shared hosting plan:

Recently I ordered a business plan and then asked to move my account to Chilisoft ASP server and now I found out that chilisoft asp server only got mysql 4.

I have contacted with online chat and they said there is nothing they can do about this. This should be mentioned on your websites so people will know before they order.

I think you should email support (at) hostgator.com to ask about this--live chat is great for some things, not so great for specific technical info such as this.
