I tried creating a mysql database

I am having trouble getting the 4images gallery script to ready it I put localhost in the host name

the database and stuff in the other boxs but i still get errors. I did create a database and add a user and all that in my cpanel so I dont know what im doing wrong.

I dont want to post to much here so if i could get some help please pm me.
