Is mySQL, POP, SMTP & Web on same server?

Hi,

I would like to know if the mySQL, POP, SMTP and Web pages are all installed on the same server.

My current host have their mySQL on another server and I'm experiencing lots of connection issues.

Yes they are all in same server.
