mySQL Issues?

Hi,

The problem seems to be gone now, but I just wanted to know, purely out of curiosity.

I received error emails from vBulletin. A user under an IP that is used by google bots triggered mySQL errors:

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Can't
connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. I work with servers all the time (I'm actually at work now), but i was just curious

Like i said before, the site seems to be responding fine now.
