My Website's Down

No one can access my main site (www.velociteen.com).

I also can't access WebMail, the cPanel, nor publish my site via the HostGator SiteBuilder.

The server's been down for about 6 hours - contacted support earlier today; said it should be fixed shortly, but it's still down.

What should I do? :S

I may be behind the curve, but the site in question appears to work just fine.
