Hi!
![]() I have noted something very strange when accessed the tickets central a few minutes ago. The majority of my tickets disappeared! I submitted two tickets a few hours ago, and one of it, and inumerous others, disappeared. I have now only two tickets stored: one new that I have opened a few hours ago and one old, opened in Februaby/2008. Someone knows if is there some problem with the ticket system? Regards. |

The first response of your technicians says that the problem was with nameservers, but the nameservers remains the same, the ones provided by HostGator. A few minutes ago I was talking with Gary, through chat, and they also don't get to access the domain. Could you please verify? ![]() Best Regards. |
