I would like to see a comment box on the live chat survey, where they ask about the support operator etc, I would like to see a comment box to explain why you rated them this way etc.

Thanks, I remember them saying they were going to setup team to contact people who sent negative feedback, but I think this would be a more efficient way of doing it.

Excellent Idea. We went ahead and pushed it into production. We always love to hear where we can improve. Listening to customers is #1. Thanks again for the great suggestion.
