I can't get into my Control Panel right now either. Is there something wrong with the server I'm on? |

I think you`ll find if you submitted a ticket they won`t tell you what the problem was anyway. Usually the answer is, `the problem has been fixed`. Many times I`ve asked what the problem was, but they never reply back or just avoid the question!

This is getting crazy. I have already pushed off one training session for a customer due to the first outage. The new session is scheduled for tomorrow. If I have to tell them I have to reschedule because the site is down, AGAIN I am going to lose them. This is getting intollerable. Crap happens, but come on.

I received a prompt e-mail reply from Brent this morning. Apparently my site was not down for five hours. They rebuilt Apache a few times, and I must have checked my site both times when they rebuilt it, which was probably around five hours difference. Brent said that each time they did the rebuild it took about 20 minutes. I'm sorry that I assumed my site was down for the full five hours, and I am grateful also for a quick reply and a thorough explanation. Thank you, Brent.
