I don't know.. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and to submit a ticket.. But I need assistance RIGHT AWAY!!! So I thought it'd be better to post here..

They noticed that situation and working on it, my site the same, down

Looks like it was just registered and/or updated. Maybe you just have to wait for it to propagate.
