My site is also down. I finally got to cPanel and it shows server load 224.87, memory 94.6%. It also shows cppop, ftpd and imap failed. Anytime the server load is over 8.0 I can't access my site.

I'm not going to call or email because they always tell me everything is fine and tell me to call back when I have another problem. Last time I called I was told it might be my ISP. I don't have problems with other websites, only mine. Don't see how it could be my ISP.
I have the same problems 2 or 3 times a week with slow server response or no service at all. I'm giving hostgator time to correct any problems. If they don't I'm going to another hosting service. I have no choice.
