My review
HostGator is for sure the best shared web hosting provider in the US.
I have been with very bad hosts,and then i signed up with hostgator,because i was sure that this host isn't bad.And i was definately right about this.At HostGator I found a host with the best hosting servers ,the best uptime,the best customer support you can find in shared web hosting industry. The chat agents are very kind,and they will help you with every question,or problem you might have. Lately i see that chat agents are very busy,and they are slow to reply in chat.It would be good if HostGator hires more agents. For me HostGator is the only host i can trust so far.They are professionals and they do their job quite good.I hope this company continues to have growth and provide even better shared web hosting.
