My review
I've been with the Gator for a few years now and here's my evaluation of the service:
Speed:Great. Up time: almost 100% Ticket support: Excellent Chat support: So so. Some chat "techs" are clueless.  Price: Reasonable. Overall rating:

Thanks for the review. Keep in mind our livechat is for basic sales and support issues and some elevated issues will always have to go to a higher level administrator through the ticket system.
