Positive my opinion

I did my homework and after looking at many different forums i go with Hostgator - main reason because of fact that owner of the compay (or at least someone in his name) overview problems of his customers.

Right now i am in process of setting up my account and had some simple questins for support (i need only answers of type YES or NO) and i wanna now if are cureent wainting times normal or am i doing something wrong.

Current fastes time of OPENING my three support tickets in last few days is not bellow 4 hours.
I talk about time for opening ticket and responding with YES or NO - not some troubleshoting type.

BTW. For all who read this forum before go with Hostgator try to find any other host who let you view complaint forum BEFORE you sign up - and even now when i am customer i can tell you that there is no hidden forum for complaints aside from free one. Only problem is than you will wait at least 10 hours for authorizatin to acces other parts of forum where you can find answers to questions that are not in small knowledge base on main site.
I dont see a reason for manual autorization and not to allow me to access complete forum in moment when i need answers most.

I am sure that i will go all the way to my first dedicated server with Hostgator !

Hallo Boss !

since i am a new customer (a wanna stay for a long time with you) i just want to know what is youre policy on reaction time (just for replaying for first ticket - not to solve a problem), so i could make a policy for my customers.

Good afternoon,

It varies from time to time, you might get a response from an admin in 30 minutes or if it is a high ticket volume day it could be up to 2 -3 hours. You can always get someone on live chat or on the phone at 866-96-GATOR usually right away 24/7 .. Is there anything else you need assistance with?
