A few months ago I had gator move my site to their server on the swamp plan. I have a pretty busy forum with a lot of posters and was shut down the first week because of too much cpu use I think. Anyway it was my fault because the way the picture posting was running amuck. As soon as I made a few changes they turned me back on and my forum runs faster than ever with no more problems at all. I just bought a baby plan for a different forum that's not as big, and I'm sure it's going to hum just like the other one. So I have nothing but good things to say. As far as support I have needed very little but got a quick fix when I did.
