Positive My First Three Days - Excellent Service!

Hi All,

To date I am very satisfied with HG.

I spent the best part of three days researching hosting companies prior to signing up with HG.

Additionally, I used HG's Live Chat facility on four occassions to get answers to pre-sales questions. Three of the four operators were extremely helpful, the fourth asked me to submit a ticket for help, and on doing so I received the answers I needed. Live Chat is great! In future, I shall use this as my first attempt to get support. It's quick and you can request a copy of the transcript to be emailed to you for future reference.

I have also used the Ticket Support system a few times, before and after signing up. You have to wait longer for a response -- several hours, sometimes -- but it offers more specialist help. I will use this method if I can't get answers from the Live Chat system.

I haven't tried phoning yet so I can't comment on this aspect of the service.

Anyway, once I decided to sign up with HG it all went through very smoothly. Within minutes of making payment, I was emailed my account info and began uploading files to my new account. Excellent service HG!

Well, that's it for now. I hope I'll be around for a while.
