Hello,
My name is Jordan this is my one month review i will be writing reviews on a monthly bases.

Account Setup:
When i first ordered it, it was my first time ever purchasing webhosting so i was both afraid and very exciteded.
The order process was both easy and trustworthy as it should be once i made my order i believe it only took around 2-3 hours for my account to be fully working which is very good considering past reviews.

Support:
Well i have to admit i have used the HG support a little before even thinking of registering with them at that time support response was at 72 hours per ticket (Abuse Dep).
After i purchased hosting from them the support & sales dep had excellent responses,
It is very confusing when the ticket rep doesn't read the ticket history and they don't understand your issue/Question.
But support will be able to help you with almost all your problems with a response time.

Downtime:
Well my site has had 100% uptime since i registered which is NO JOKE,
Of course i haven't been monitoring it since 20 days ago and have had 20 days uptime for the time i've been monitoring it which is amazing.
