My first Month - HG is AWESOME!!!

I had to post here to say a big thank-you to Jesse and everyone at the HG team. They have been amazingly helpful and have gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping me transfer my domain over to HG.

I previously had my site with a very large hosting firm, whose name I won't mention here (but it starts with I and ends with X), and had very negative experiences with them. System outages, slow response to technical problems, slow server speed. But the icing on the cake was them cutting my account off at 50Gb storage space when my package was allowed up to 500Gb.

Anyway, I was quite unhappy with them, and did a lot of searching before finding HG, and reading these forums before my move. It was nerve-racking for me, as the site is big, with a database and shopping cart. Well, the move went super-smoothly, and the team at HG went above and beyond in helping me transfer my site over to their servers. On top of that, the speed is much better than with my old host.

In addition, I needed a special request, hosting a logo securely for my PayPal checkout, and they helped with this too.

Needless to say, I think the entire team at HG is phenomenal when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend anyone considering hosting to go with them. I hope they get huge, make lots of money, and kick the butts of the other hosting companies!!!
