My expierence at HG

This, by far, is probably the best host I've ever hosted with

I have rarely any downtime, if any at all I would be suprised (unless planned maintence).

I love the new plans hostgator is providing, it's perfect for a small site, or even medium sized site.

I've never had to ask for support from live chat, so I can't comment on the live support.
