My Experiences with Hostgator

I was with my previous host for 12 months - they were a budget host with reduced support. The problem been that the support became worse and worse, taking days for problems to be looked at, and sometimes weeks for the to be fixed - they just didn't seem to care, and customers began to get very annoyed.
I decided it was time to move, but there are so many webhosts out there, it just takes so long to find one. In found my way over to Webhostingtalk.com, as recommended by a friend. After seaching for a while - one name keeps popping up "Hostgator.com", and I couldn't find a single bad comment anywhere on WHT, so i decided to check out the website

After checking out the Web Hosting packages I couldn't belive the features and Prices of the packages, but I still had a few questions - so I clicked on the "Live Support" Button - and was through to someone instantly. They answered all my questions straight away and I found out all I needed to know within a few minutes!

After signing up my account was activated within 15 minutes and I was up to transfering my site over from the old host straight away - after hitting a few snags I contacted the Live Support staff again and the operater helped guide me through a couple of things I didn't understand. Brilliant support that I couldn't belive after my last host! I've had 2 tickets open and they were both answered within the hour.

I've only been with hostgator a week - but this is definitely the best first impression a company has ever had on me. Great features, prices and support!
Plus they have a fun logo
