My experience as a reseller

I have a reseller account with Hostgator for three months. In general, I'm very happy with this company. I had an excellent uptime, excellent connection speed, great support, and a price I really like, especially for the quality of hosting and support I get. Hostgator is definitely a good reliable provider, and this is exactly what I'm looking for.

I had only one negative experience, though. When I was looking for the hosting provider, my particular requirement was that provider could accept the domains .ru. Hostgator said - yes, they could. When I tried to register such domain, it turned out that they couldn't, since the DNS in .ru zone has a special requirements. Hostgator worked with me and solved this problem. However, I had to pay $59 for the license for the rvskin. I always thought that if I screwed up and promised something but did not deliver, it is my responsibility, including financial, to resolve this problem. Well, nobody's perfect....
