My experience at HostGator

Well, I have been an on and off customer at Host Gator for about 4 years now. I have had dedicateds, vpses, and shared hosting accounts.

I have dealt with just about every staff member at Host Gator. I even dealt with Lance when he was still the COO.

I have had a FANTASTIC experience here at host gator. I have always been the one to go out and try new things and services with different prices and all. Everytime I wind up sitting on the Host Gator web site having a great time with my vps or hosting.

So, I think I am done switching, just going to stay here at Host Gator with my nice VPS. You may find other vps companies that offer better features like disk space and bandwidth, well I was one of those people. I ended up on the phone with Tenea talking for about a half hour about the vpses. She had me take a closer look at my old vps that I was renting and the specs just didnt compare. Here, the servers are a heck of a lot faster and more up to date. With my last vps, one service restart and the load jumped to 1.5. Here, it barely even moves.

The staff here are great and have all been fantastic to talk to. You all are very helpful and the chance to just speak to Tenea on the phone today, well it just made my day. I had all of my questions answered and billing changes fixed in no time.

So over all, I would truly give HostGator a A++ grade on overall service and prices.

P.S. Lance if your reading this, I apologize for my demented father for making that BBB report over a stupid coupon. Thank God I am not with him anymore lol!
