my emails are getting bounced

Hello, I am new and jsut set up my site the a day ago. I installed phpbb2 forum with an admin account. When people register the admin account emails them their info. But, I am getting bouncebacks from isps refusing my emails. This is the link included in one of my messages:

I'm new to this, so I don't know if there's anything I can do to fix the situation (?). Or a workaround. But I need to be able to have peole register for the forum.

That block is only affecting anyone with a RR email address. We had a very nasty spammer take advantage of a few user scripts on your server. We have corrected the problem scripts, but not till after the spam was sent, and many lists blacklisted our ip range.

We will get us removed from all the lists. We will be calling RR again tomorrow when their offices are open to get it removed. Thanks
