my clients from another host with reseller

I am looking at getting a reseller plan and wondered how difficult it is to transfer over those clients and what it entails...one thought is if I have clients that have 10+ emails and how hard it would be.

On the other host are you using cpanel?

I am also looking at getting clients from another hosting company and want a smooth transition...would that be easy to do?
