My All Websites Down! MYsql host error?

All My websites are down due to unknown mysql error.

"Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted."

Even Cpanel is also down. Please help.

We had a brief network outage at our Houston office, please let us know if your sites are still offline by coming into livechat (now online as well).

What is your primary domain? Do you have a ticket submitted on this?

NO i didnt submit ticket till now. should I. I was trying to figure out what is the error.

when i saw all websites with same mysql error it confirmed host problem.

It appears to be a MySQL connection error, however there is an issue with your billing that I have just sent you a private message about. Please reply to me on that issue through private messages.
