I think the fact that I've got no complaints at Hostgator's service should speak for itself.

After having used the forums a lot, I very much like the support received in the message forums more than I do ticket support or live chat.

I like the fact that the owner takes an active part in the support of customers, which shows he cares about his customer's opinions.

The only thing I dearly wish Hostgator could do is make some sort of module or addition to CPanel on their own for spam / virus filtering on reseller's plans.

VERY good service overall! Very satisfied after using two different Hostgator reseller plans everyday through my employment and through my own stuff.
