Support is amazing! I specifically mean the support I've received from 'slapshotw'. I don't think he even works for Hostgator and he's a genius! Everytime I've had an issue I've posted on HG forums and I always get great advice (and sometimes actual personal help) from this guy (and many others too!). Hostgator staff have also been OUTSTANDING...but you probably won't even need to use their support anyways. Things already work!

Anyway, that's all I have to say.

We've had a Reseller account for a year or so and it's been great.
