Be sure to read Terms of Service #11 - you may not be allowed to use the Baby Plan.
If you get past that issue, then the primary question will be: summing all existing and future websites, how much storage do you need (including email and MySQL)? how much data transfer per month do you use, and how many inodes do you have? Secondarily, adding all your sites together, how many simultaneous processes might you run and for how long? To get an official response, send an email to sales @ hostgator.com |

It's not a marriage, happily. You can always start out with a small plan, and move up later if it proves to be too limiting.
If you're going to host your wordpress sites on subdomains, like thing1.example.com, thing2.example.com, etc., the Hatchling Plan might be enough for you. But if you want to use more than one domain, like example.com, anotherexample.com, etc., you'll need at least the Baby Plan. If it turns out that your sites get very heavy traffic, and you start having CPU usage problems, it will be time to move up to something more robust, like a VPS or dedicated server. But it takes a lot to push you into that realm. |

The plan that is best for you is...
the cheapest one that meets your needs and does not put you in violation of the Terms of Service. Which one is that? If you can't answer that, I certainly can't either. |
