Default multiple domains for one user

I have 1 dozen or so domains hosted. One user has started a new business and would like to have the site hosted with me. She wants to be able to use the same login and password for both domains. When I ttry to craete the second account for the new domain, it tells me that the user name is taken.

What she would like is a similar interface we, as resellers, have. The pop-up list of domains that we can switch between. She saw me do it once and now she is demanding it.

The two domains/companies have nothing to do with one another other than the same designer.

I don't know if there is any way to do that, but you may want to run this by her. Ask her if she would accept an addon domain. They would have the same username and could be controled from one control panel. The only limitation is that each domain would not have it's own control panel, but it sounds as if that is not an issue anyway.

Wouldn't that create a subdomain instead of a full-qualified domain?

If she were to FTP in to the account, under public_html, would she have seperate folders foir each domain?

thanks, for getting back to me so quickly.

It acts as a subdomain as far as an administrative perspective. The domain files would be under /public_html/addondomainname/. It would have it's own cgi bin directory. But as far as the user is concerned, when they type in www.addondomainname.com it would be totally transparent and act as any fully qualified domain. The only person who would know it is a subdomain is the administrator.
