Moving a site?

Currently im on a hosting plan that.. i cant even begin to describe how unsatisified of a consumer i am.. but its ran on cpanel and so forth.. but i want to move.. and i want a change.. ive been looking around here and im highly interested.. I was wondering if it is possible to get my domain transfered to here.. and then get all of my site transfered to here?
