Moving from Shared to Reseller account

Hi

If I sign up for shared account and paid yearly fee.If I want to move to reseller account? How does it work both technical transfer and also billing wise?

Greetings,

This is actually no problem at all to assist you with when the time comes to upgrade to reseller hosting. It does involve a migration to a completely different server, which means you'd have two hosting accounts for a week or so while that takes place.

Once the content is transferred and DNS updated, you'd just cancel the first shared account and we'd apply the refund from that as a credit towards your new reseller account. This can all be done with zero downtime as well.

Thank you. I appreciate it. Do you guys have Drupal CMS in the fantastico? Also do you transfer them from current host to get it working if I sign up?

Yes, both in Fantastico and in QuickInstall (the better choice - it's kept up-to-date better than Fantastico is).

Ok! But you didn't answer whether you guys will provide free transfer of home directory and db from current provider to hostgator and get the sites working...
