Moving Accounts

I'm getting fed up with my current reseller account due to diminishing support and wondered if the free transfer is included to move a WHM/CPanel set up over here?

Thanks in advance. Oh, and is it extra to have my own DNS names? I want to keep the same one as I have now so am presuming the only thing that will change is the IP address?

Nameservers are free, and they will transfer upto 20 accounts free from a reseller.
