How to move from one shared plan to another or to a reseller plan

Hi,

I have a Baby Croc account with a couple of websites.

I'm considering switching to a higher shared hosting plan, or to a reseller plan. In that case, do I need to transfer all the files myself or is there a way for HG to do it easily?

Both sites have a Wordpress blog each, which I understand makes use of databases. I have no clue how to shift databases. How easy or difficult would it be, if I have to shift the blogs myself?

More importantly, will the sites have any downtime during the process? I don't want to lose whatever search engine rankings they have because they were down.

PS: My experiences with HG have been very positive so far, tho I've been here only a few months. On the only occasion there was an issue, support fixed it within an hour.
