I am normally very quite when it come to Host Gator, but I thought it was time to share my review. This is my second time with HG and this time it has been around 2 years. Since I have been here, I have only had one major problem with my sites and that is when the server i was on took a crap and the backups were no good either. It took a few days to get things sorted out but HG gave all of us on that box a good deal for the hassles and everything worked out in the long run.
Yes, at times I felt support was lacking or that HG was not offering up info on some of the problems quick enough, but I would rather them work as fast as possible to fix the problem instead of holding my hand ever 10 minutes with no real news to give.
I do and will continue to recommend Host Gator!
