More active moderation of the forums and UPGRADE em!

First - Upgrade the vB to 3.0.5 - It is a critical update! Do it asap.

Second - Start moderating the forums... It sucks to see some kid spamming the forums abusing you people.... THis DOES not potrey a pro image for you people!!!

Pulse,

the forums are monitored very frequently, but not 24/7 at the moment. Spamming happens from time to time, and is removed quickly in most of the cases. This one took a little longer... The IP's will be banned.

As for the upgrade, I'll ask GatorJustin to take a look at this.
